PHARMTRUE PHARMACYLas Cruces, New Mexico

Your daily prescriptions, ninety days at a time, for one flat price.

A small pharmacy on Main Street that fills generics for cash. Every price on our list is the whole price for a 90-day supply -- the medicine and our fill fee together. Pick up downtown, or we post it to any New Mexico address.

145 medicines priced, from $10.99 for ninety days. See the price list → (prices as of 2026-11-03)

How it works

  1. Tell us who you are. Name, phone, ZIP, and which pharmacy holds your prescriptions now. Two minutes. The form is here.
  2. We move the prescription. We call your current pharmacy, or your prescriber, and ask for the transfer. You do not have to call anyone.
  3. You pay by a link we send you. Card or bank. The price is the price on the list.
  4. Pick up at 227 S Main St, Las Cruces, NM 88001, or we post it. Ninety days at a time, so this happens four times a year, not twelve.

Who this is for

People who pay for their own generic prescriptions -- no insurance, a high deductible, or a plan that makes the cash price the better deal. If your copay is lower than our price, tell us and we will say so; we would rather you kept your plan than overpaid us.

What we do not do

Controlled substances and medicines that need a fridge are filled at the counter only, never posted. We fill for New Mexico addresses only -- it is a licensing rule, and El Paso is across the line. We do not sell insurance and we do not bill it.
